Sending prayers for Charlie. My mix has chronic pancreatitis and the vet has us giving her 1/2 pepcid every morning and it has helped a lot. She still has times though, and it is indeed scary.
My male cavalier had acute pancreatitis last summer and THAT was really scary (and expensive) as well.
I wish they could talk, and tell us what they're feeling!
