If the calcium tablets helped her, she is pre-eclamptic and she isn't out of the woods as this will continue throughout her gestation/labor/nursing. She will not be able to nurse and you will be bottle feeding and taking care of her.....However, you said she was having contractions....still not a good sign with no pups......

She should be at the vets and having a c-section now
