Sounds like a dental is needed. A spay and dental with one extraction wouldn't be too much to do in a day. There would be risk with keeping her under longer and with putting her under twice. The vet is the best one to make the call. She will be at more risk if that tooth isn't taken care of and she is left wide open for pyometra and mammary cancer..
