Ugh, I hate all this verbage - transfer, owner - sounds like a car. This is a beautiful, living, breathing creature of God. Why oh why don't people consider that BEFORE getting into these situations?! | Not necessarily...Pet Stores also provide a "health guarantee"...and if all reputable breeders "required" a pup returned to them if it doesn't work out...does not mean they all do take their dogs back.
