And the health benefits. I am now more active, moving, bending, chasing, lifting, cleaning, moving, preparing, opening, closing, .....All worth it. Basil and my diet are paying off. 3 pounds in a little over a week. Now I will take Carlo for a walk before it gets dark. Carlo did not let me down, he is as gentle with the Bas as he is with Maxine.
