A couple days ago my son and I noticed that Suzi had something wrong with ther eye. I looked at her eye , cleaned it and it was better. However, lIfting her eye I saw that it was very red . The next time her eye got bad again, and she could barely open it. I again cleaned her eye, and carefully trimmed the hair around her eye thinking maybe it was irritated . I used clear eyes on her, and a warm cloth. Her eye seemed to have cleared up better the second time, however , I am not sure if she is ok. I did see a little goop around her eye so i cleaned that out.
It almost looks like a child who has conjunctiveites, sorry about the spelling. Has anyone ever had a yorkie get this ? I am plannning on taking her to the vet for this. But any opinions would be helpful.
