That was always my problem! I don't think I was necessarily always eating a ton of calories.... (but sometimes I was) it was more of me skipping breakfast, lunch and then pigging out at dinner and just eating all crap... I'd be stuffing my face with Doritos, chips, cookies, etc, things like that! Since I've started counting calories, it's been amazing to realize how much crap I was really eating.

I haven't weighed myself in a bit but my new workout plan is elliptical machine for 20-30 mins, strength training for 20-30 mins, and walking for 1-2 hours 5 days a week. I started over a month ago but these past 2 weeks I did horrible because I got sick again so workouts kinda stopped, but I'm back into it starting today
