Sandy and Tia do this play fighting thing as well. You should hear the low gutteral growls that come out of these girls. I separate them when they yelp or get too annoying with their growling
Neither of them has ever hurt the other, they really seem to know when it's time to back off. It sounds to me like that's what your two are doing.
