You (surely} have a Harness and a Leash...
Just tie the leash off to your Desk Leg at the office
and that'll give about a 5-10 SqFt area...
A Toy, water/food (Tupperware) containers
that you can lid and transport easily.
A couple sheets of Newspaper...just in case !
There's lots of existing resources, no use to
spend all kinds of money on those "special" items.
right...
