Your girl has been shaking since yesterday, something isn't right. There is no shaking in the first stages of labor.
I'm not sure of your question; how long do the contractions last? There are danger signs, if your girl has been having strong contractions for the last hour and no pup....it is an indication that there is problems.
Did you see a vet yesterday? You should be taking every precaution to insure your girl's safety. Are you in contact with a vet? That is who you should be asking these questions of. People on the internet, not being there and assessing your girl and unable to visually see what is going on cannot give you complete, educated advice.
