Schedule some potty breaks at regular intervals, every hour or two to start. Don't wait for her to indicate that she has to go.
When she pees in the house, don't scold. Ignore her and clean it up, or keep her from interfering with you cleaning up. If she doesn't get attention for her accidents, she may be less likely have them.
