I would cut it all off and make it even.
I had experience with safety scissors too...and it cuts hair so take them away my daughter so she doesn't cut her own hair next for sure.
I had to take them away from my daughter and she's 27 now..she gave our purdy cat a cut...and the darn cat didn't even mind he was on her lap purring which is how he got his name. |
