She probably just has an upset tummy from the anesthesia and what not. Try giving her some plain low fat yogurt to help get the good bacteria back into her system.
Also, I usually give the metronidazole first then wait a few minutes before feeding. Morgan just had a mild case of pancreatitis and is on metronidazole as well. She is also eating prescription i'd. I give her the metro, wait 10-15 minutes then feed her. The first day I fed her then gave her the meds and she thew up shortly after.
Continue the metro and bland diet for a few days, also add the yogurt and she should be feeling better soon
