I would use a good pet odor remover shampoo and use the natures miracle after the carpet is dry on all her potty spots...I would take something to mark the spots so after you shampoo you still know where she pottied at
and you can spray the natures miracle on them and you might have to get those spots soaking with the natures miracle to get thru to the pads under the carpet as well....and no, the surgery should not revert her as long as you are consistent with her potty training.
and now that I'm thinking about it when you go for the natures miracle in pet smart...I think they have a natures miracle shampoo as well....best odor remover EVER!!
