Most dogs seem to get attached to me quickly. I talk to them like they are babies.
At a public place, I only pet if the dog comes up to me (which I really don't think is really right to let a dog do because not everyone wants a dog sniffing their, ah, well...). But I don't go up and pet them, esp. without permission. And I can't stand when people do that with Ellie..
