Jenny is awesome. I love our Madan brush, mustache comb, and grooming comb. Rylie is a good girl at grooming time and it handles her coat really well! None of the products I ordered are sharp and they don't hurt Rylie because she wouldn't lay there and take it so well if they did I'm sure.
She always answered my e-mails and questions and was very helpful. She recommended what I should get and it was all perfect! She even taught me about silky vs. cotton and how to tell what my girl was when she didn't have to. Plus, the shipping was super fast!
I've ordered many toys from her site as well and Rylie loved them all! Although, she did just destroy her hotdog this weekend... I found her chewing the plastic piece to bits
It lasted awhile though, she loved that thing.
I guess Madan products might not be the best out there (don't know, but I sure love mine, they are the best to me!), but they are a great value for the price I think. I paid a lot less for great products when I could have spent way over $20 on just one brush!
That is just insane to me, so Madan was a good choice for me.
