38 people (about 10% of my company) were laid off today.
It's a sad day at work.
Sometimes it's almost harder to be a 'survivor' of layoffs. More work, less people, still taking unpaid time off, so more work with less time to do it. Plus the sadness and the morality. I watched good people get let go today. That is hard!
