I have Remy on a pretty tight schedule. I pretty much know when he was to poo and pee. I know he has to go as soon as he is finished eating and he eats at the same times each day. After he eats I take him out and he doesn't come back in till he is finished. First thing in the morning he goes, then the afternoon, after dinner, and right before bed time. I find keeping him on this schedule I don't have an surprises. I also keep a close eye on him and if need be I can confine him to one area of the house. Treats are also important!! I give Remy a cherrio when he goes out and potty.
