sorry, your daughter is adorable!!! I went through a similiar phase. I was 9 years old and mickey's puppy coat was driving me nuts so i started cutting the knotts (i brushed him every day and yet he managed to get tangled)
but poor finn! i would cut it to make it more even. its hair! they grow back
