I am so sorry your little girl did that. How old is she? I don't know what to tell you, but when I was a little girl, I had a cat that I dearly loved. He was my baby and I dressed him up in onsies and strolled him around in a stroller. Well, one day, I thought my baby needed a "first hair cut" and I cut off his wiskers!
My parents were not happy, but lets just say, it became one of my more memorable childhood experiences.......
