We have a boy and most of the time he will get business done if it is cold outside. Now on a nice day he has to take EVERYTHING in! Today was frustrating...it was very windy outside and in his little area leaves kept blowing and he (if I would let him) would spend all day out there chasing the leaves and not go!! We trained Charlie to ring the bells hanging from the door to go outside. It was non stop today! If he wouldn't go then I would bring him back inside and this went on and on. I wouldn't let him stay out. Then once he finally went he got a reward and could play abit. So then after he went he kept ringing the bell to go outside but I ignored it because I knew he didn't have to potty. UGH I tell him I think he has ADD! We have a small female lab/mix and she takes forever! Her own time always. |
