ebay is good if you know where to look and buy from reputable sellers that have good ratings. I've purchased many of my Effy's sweaters and dresses from there and although the shipping can be quite slow (sometimes the products are coming directly from china) the prices are unbeatable! Also
Dog Supplies, Dog Food, Dog Beds, Toys and Treats - Dog.com is great and also has great prices as well. They often have clearance events where you can find great deals.
Ebay is great for buying t-shirts and even sweaters that they can wear around the house to keep them warm. I've also found great deals on shoes and the quality is just as good as the clothes at PetCo or PetSmart.
I don't know if you live in an area where there is a ROSS near by but they have the BEST deals on dog clothes and accesories such as beds, bowls, colors, and toys. They are the same products sold at PetCo and PetSmart for half the price. It's not even always out of season stuff either because I've purchased clothes at Ross before and then gone to PetCo to buy food and I find the exact same clothes for 3 times what I paid for it at ROSS. I know you can't shop online at ROSS but it maybe worth you taking a trip to your closest store to see what deals you can find.
