That is exactly what the Pet Trainer at Pet Smart to me. If you want your dog to go outside then don't use the Potty Patch or Pads in the house. It is like telling them no don't go in the house but it is ok to go in the house over here. Made a lot of sence to me. We don't do the pads either. The trainer assured me that Yorkies are "trainable" it just takes time. Mine is only 14 weeks old so he is still a work in progress.
