Yes, I did try that a few years ago. Didn't work for me. I have the hereditary type of dark circles.... blue, veiny.... even my eyelids are darker. This cream was supposed to work for my type of problem but after using it faithfully for about 3-4 months, I noticed no change. I've been told that only the Restalyn (spelling may be wrong) treatment where they inject fat under the skin layer would work in my case. It comes from the veins being too close to the skin. I wish I had the nerve (and $$$) to try it.
As for concealer, I've yet to find one that's perfect. Haven't tried Bobby Brown though. I find that the stick ones (not the liquid wand ones) work for the best coverage. Gonna try the BB one I think.
