I was going to recommend this too. The anxiety shirts/coats can really help some dogs with storms etcetera.

You can confirm this with your vet of course, but 3mg (rather than 1.5) of Melatonin is often used for storms/4th of July/anxiety. Also, since you want it for short term relief - make sure it's *not* the time-release kind of Melatonin.
