ohhhhh, I am addicted to salt. When I was a kid, me and my lil bro would steal the salt shaker and hide in the closet and shake salt into the palms of our hands and then throw it in our mouth.

There's this taiwanese breakfast thing, it's loosely translated into rice wand. It's basically made like a sushi roll without nori paper, it's a chinese doughnut (imagine a giant thick churro without the sugar and cinnamon) with rice rolled around it. There's a salty version with preserved vegetables in it (I always got that one) then there's a sweet version with just the doughnut with sugar rolled inside the rice. That one's good too with sweetened soy milk.
Did you know there's also a salty/savory version of soy milk? There's the same preserved veggies in it with bits of doughnut, and they're served in giant pho sized bowls. yummy!
