Yes, you should take her in. She's far too old for that. If it were me, I'd have her spayed now, if she is healthy. You could save her from other problems by having her spayed. If you will consider a spay, be sure to have blood work done first, to be certain she doesn't have any unknown health problems. Please keep us updated.
