Honestly, if this person was really a vet, I find it appalling for her to get involved in this, IMO. I can't imagine my vet ever doing such a thing, nor could I imagine ever asking if I were a breeder. The only way I can imagine a vet wanting to get involved is if they are concerned about losing a lot of business from a high volume breeder bringing in a lot of dogs. Just such a strange situation for a medical doctor to get mixed up in.
