I don't really see how Nutrical would help an upset stomach. If she is able to eat, a carb and maybe some lean chicken would work. If you are nervous about her vomiting again and want to keep her sugar up (shouldn't be necessary if she isn't a pup), maple syrup should be fine. I can't imagine something like that setting well on her stomach though because it is so sweet.
