On line the reviews are 2.5 out of a possible 5 points. Some love it, some say it does not work at all.... interesting. I pasted a quote from one of the "good" reviews.
I have also read that under eye products that have caffeine work really well..

This is not a miracle product for every type of undereye darkness. If everyone realized this simple fact, I bet 90% of the negative reviews on here would be obsolete. This product is mainly designed for people who have dark, purple, bruise-like, veiny undereye circles. The kind that is generally understood to be caused by poor circulation in this area. Not from melanin pigmentation, lack of sleep, dehydration, etc!!!"
