I have to say That the problem with this is that the majority of people don't know wear to go to get a dog. They don't really start getting into it until they have there first dog.
It is not like sites like this are created just for puppy mills,they are created for people to find what they want/need,puppy millers take advantage of that.
Also this used to be kijiji and e-bay bought them out they already had a pet section E-bay did not change anything on the site(i go frequently for a lady who sells homemade pet blankets little crochet sweaters)
All that said I do agree and I will sign
