I agree. Most of the time the more "expensive" pups are the ones that have had tests. The "cheaper" ones from the bad breeders haven't had their shots and some of them had never been to the vet, like poor Brandy was when we saved her from the bad place. But after I saw the filth she was living in I had to get her out of that stinky box. So far she's okay, but you never know what problems will come up later.
