Ha ha, yes, one of your duties as a member of the Teapot Club is to examine new applicants to the club.
New members generally are allowed to give only provisional approval until they prove themselves capable of not screwing up and allowing a teacup or ordinary, standard Yorkie in by mistake.
However, you hit that one out of the park! Charlie and Bella meet all the qualifications, as did their owners by posting pictures and submitting biographical information. I agree, and they're IN!
