Are you hooked up with them via email, btw? I have PetPlan...and usually they'll email me within about 4 days after they receive my claim, just to let me know they received it. Then I receive an email saying it was processed. Then I get a letter by mail explaining what the reimbursement is, and they included the check. The whole process usually takes about 3 weeks or so. I've filed about 5-6 claims.
