At Christmas I talked with a lady selling Yorkies out of her truck at Walmart. It was below freezing and they were 6 weeks old. She told me her vet said it was ok for them to go. (not a vet I would trust!) I knew better but I had to see what she said. I was so mad.
Poor little babies.
