After several visits to Costco contemplating purchasing this, I decided to just do it yesterday since the $12 instant rebate was expiring. I used it for the first time this morning. I see it has pretty good reviews, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it. Does it work?
(It's for lightening under eye circles).
