My sister bought her first lab out of the back of a pickup parked along a highway feeder road in Houston. He was only 5 1/2 months, no papers, and they paid $350. I have since schooled her on the idiocy of this move and she totally gets it. That dog is the most spoiled, well cared for dog out there. Point being, just because the people selling the puppies are ignorant hillbillies doesn't mean they won't go to a good home. My sister was just clueless about the best way to get a puppy, but they are great people!
