My Bijou is similarly affected. She has twisted femurs. There's no fix for her and managing is all we can do. We try to keep her weight down, give her frequent massages and give her doggie aspirin when her joints are feverish.
The massages are very important as any chronic skeletal issue will cause other problems. The tendons in Bijou's rear legs tense up easily and need to be kept loosened by massaging. She also tends to carry more weight on her front legs and has over-developed forelegs due to this. They get tense as does her neck so we massage that area, too. Really she gets a full massage as everything gets out of alignment....shoulders, back, neck, legs.
We only give her the aspirin when her joints feel feverish. She likes the Foster & Smith aspirin and will just eat it.
I found this online. It shows the same views and is a good comparison.
