Sorry I haven't responded to everyone individually as I had planned, I seem to have caught some kind of bug... I have read all the responses though and truly appreciate everyone's thoughts and prayers and suggestions....
Update:
Felt up to calling the specialist today... I made an appointment for March 7, which is the earliest she could be seen. I am still seriously considering going to Tennesee though, just trying to work out the details.
As my vet did give me options, I asked for ballpark amounts on the two surgeries she needs: the LS repair is $2500-4000, and the kidney stone removal is $3000-5000, if done by itself. |
