Hope this helps. When I got my yorkie from my breeder, he already had the tape on the inside of his ears. Really all it means is you can take a small piece of duck tape and cut it to fit into the inside of the ear, then make sure you push the hair back away before you put it in there, and leave it there for a few weeks.
