Tibbe's hair bleaches out, too. He's got dark roots on his body but he's turning silver, light silver. Neither one of mine have cottony coats, so that's not it? But seriously, just because Tibbe is a boy, doesn't mean he's not hittin' the L'Oreal, while you're out lol...Guys do that, nowadays, ya know We still don't have an answer to this question...Will keep checking back, and see if someone knows...
