Thanks for the response. We have talked and I referred him to YorkieTalk to review "stickies". I assured him I would be available for whatever support he needed. Sounds like he is on track to be a responsible "dad". I, too, am hoping for a healthy pup.
(8 wks. old and her first experience is a 5- hour plane ride from Dallas. Yikes!)
