My Teddi is only 3 lbs so I'm sure she wasn't much over 2 when she was spayed. I got her fixed when she was about 5 months. I also had to get teeth pulled so put her under again when she was about 10 months. Then when she was 1 year she had liver shunt surgery and had to be put under once again. I would suggest you wait until she is about 1 year because if all her teeth don't fall out then you can do it all at the same time and not have to put her under again. By the time they are 1 year old if their baby teeth don't fall out they aren't coming out. Teddi had a few doubles.
