My Male was a lot easier to Potty Train than my new Female.
I have the Temp-Potty Paper very near the outside door,
and I let them both out very frequently (max 2 hr).

Yes, she has had accidents on the Linoleum and Carpet, and
after it's cleaned up, I use a Scent Neutralizer to keep her from
returning to that spot. Though this appears to work, since I
haven't caught her returning to a previous location, I still am
unsure of the effectiveness of that Neutralization.
Something you might try though.
