My apt has a doggie park area that provides poo bag stations and for the most part since that area is near the trash compactor people will scoop their poop. There is also a wooded area near my building and Troy will go in the bushes to do his doo. There's no kids or human traffic there. I'll be honest here, I don't pick up in the bushes because no one is walking there and the majority of the time I can't even see it. But I do take poo bags and pick up if he goes in the street or wear people walk.
