Perrella, they're sold locally up here but the woman who makes them has a website,
Page 1. They're just simple fleece sacks, but the reason I like them is she attaches the Velcro to an elastic strap, allowing me to get them snug enough to stay on. $12 for 5 booties plus postage. Last I checked, she didn't have an obvious order link on her site, but she answers e-mails quickly if you send a note to Contact Us. Also, Eddie is 10 pounds and wears 2XS. Jillie is 4 pounds and wears 3XS.
