No you're not. At least not about the dishes. I have to do them in a certain order too. Cups and glasses, while doing the spoons, forks and knives at the same time, then plates, and leaving pots and pans for last so I can spend as much time on them as I have to. If I do it in any other order, I feel like I'm never going to finish!!!
