Howdy! Thank you all for the great advice! I'm trying very hard to keep her on a schedule and so far so good. I had planned on free feeding her and keeping the bowl out all the time but since she is over weight I didn't see that as a very good idea. She has the cutest little pink harness that we have been using and I she seems to not mind having it on. We're going to try to go for another walk again today and tomorrow and we'll see how it goes. I'm hoping she does better. Unfortunately I don't have a fenced yard so I can't let her roam around free and I'm so scared to let her out of the house with out supervision. She and the kitten are doing well together and so far she is adjusting well.
