Question Spaying at 18weeks

I have 3lb female yorkie who will be 18 weeks at the time that I would like to have her spayed. I know it is early for standard spaying, but I was wondering is this okay.

I would like to have her spayed at 18 weeks because I will be able to monitor her completely without leaving for work for a few hours or anything. I don't really have an issue with waiting, but I have a spay and neuter contract with her breeder and the next time that I have off will be a month after the allotted time period for me to spay her.

She also had her rabies and bordetella this week and the spay would be next week, so I don't know if that would factor into your opinions. She is healthy. She has been sleeping a little more which I think is because of the rabies shot but other than that she is normal with her eating and bowel movements.
