Back in the day my roommate did this. She used to eat egg whites, so would boil a whole dozen at a time. Well, she put the pot on the stove with eggs inside. Went upstairs, and fell asleep!! She woke up to the fire alarm going off. The kitchen was a war zone. The eggs exploded EVERYWHERE. They were on the walls, ceilings, you name it. This was about the time I got home from work. Oh my did it stink. Took us a few hours to clean it up.
